Bringing the Online Community to Life

Sparq partnered with Untitled Future, a US-based agency, to deliver an immersive League of Legends Championship Streaming Watch Party in the UK. Designed to bring the online gaming community together in real life, the event offered fans the chance to watch the championship on big screens, meet gaming influencers, and experience live streaming booths.

A Full-Scale Venue Takeover

From concept to execution, Sparq provided full event management and production, transforming the venue into a fully branded YouTube experience. Our in-house creative team designed a complete venue takeover, incorporating custom YouTube-branded elements on walls, pillars, and wooden panels. We built bespoke streaming booths for gamers, managed catering and custom-designed merch, and created VIP areas for a premium experience. Security planning was also a key focus, with risk assessments and counterterrorism measures implemented.

On the technical side, we installed a temporary internet solution to support the high-bandwidth requirements, provided two LED screens (one inside and one outdoors) for the championship stream, and designed a dynamic lighting setup to match YouTube’s signature aesthetic. Bespoke streaming packages were created for influencers, with three on-site technicians ensuring seamless technical execution.

A Growing Partnership

Following the success of this event, Sparq secured a second YouTube Watch Party and has now become Untitled Futures trusted UK partner, continuing to bridge the gap between digital and real-life gaming experiences.
