A Creative Transformation for Forth Valley College
Forth Valley College’s 2024 graduation was a true celebration of student achievement, brought to life over three vibrant sessions held in the college gym hall. With more than 250 graduates and over 1,000 guests across the day, it was a proud moment for the college and its wider community.

Designing the Experience
Now in our second year supporting Forth Valley College, we were once again trusted to deliver the full technical production. This year, we took things a step further – developing a creative concept complete with visuals to help the college team clearly picture how the event would look and feel. This upfront planning was a key part of the process, helping everyone feel confident and excited about how the space would be transformed.

Working closely with the in-house operations teams, we supplied everything needed to turn the gym into a polished and professional graduation setting. This included the stage, ramp, starcloth backdrop, lecterns, uplighters, PA system, live streaming setup, seating, and carefully placed branding to disguise the basketball hoops and enhance the overall aesthetic.

Looking Ahead
The result was a smooth, stylish and memorable event, with fantastic feedback from both guests and staff. We’re proud to continue our partnership with Forth Valley College, and plans are already underway for the 2025 ceremonies. The college’s Audio Visual & Media students will once again be joining us this year for two days of hands-on work experience – building on their involvement in 2024 and adding another exciting layer to this growing collaboration.
