International courier company DHL hosted a two-day conference for more than 650 delegates from a bespoke designed virtual studio. Our video production team captured the event following strict government guidelines and ensured their audience had maximum engagement across both days.
The event was hosted by the DHL board who were on site to present to the online audience. The studio we created allowed us to use two green screens and merge them together – creating a complete bespoke virtual studio that not only saw the presenters but also displayed content, external video calls and was fully branded within DHLs brand guidelines.
Our team not only looked after the event, but they also created content for them to use throughout. This included a countdown, animated holding slides and session introduction videos.
The event wasn’t all work though, we also hosted the evening entertainment including virtual escape rooms, a live magician, and a performance from comedian Zoe Lyons. The conference was a great success and well received by both the client and the audience.
