Winter weather doesn’t have to disrupt your event. With Sparq’s winter offer, any new event booking valued at over £5,000 can be upgraded to a hybrid event at no extra cost. That means you can keep your event running smoothly, reach people who can’t attend in person, and have a high-quality recording to use afterwards.

Presentation content such as PowerPoint captured and displayed
Picture in Picture composition of camera and slides on a branded background
Unedited recording provided at the end of the event
Your platform options:
Option 1:
- Basic microsite with one way stream – see example at https://sparq.live/livestream
- Integrated slido for remote questions, and iPad for presenter Q&A moderation
- Suitable for 500 delegates or less
- Site protection via single password for all users or no password
Option 2:
- Sparq hosted Zoom Meeting
- Q&A via Zoom Q&A iPad supplied for Presenter moderation
- Note suitable for 100 delegates or less
Option 3:
- Meeting hosted on client’s platform, eg MS Teams
- Sparq to be provided with the necessary access details
Option 4:
- iFrame code embedded into clients website

- Minimum event value is £5,000
- Available for events from January to March 2026
- A wired internet connection of at least 10mb/s upload speed required for the live stream – Wifi connections not recommended
- Wifi required for iPad
- A Sparq provided PA system is required for the audio feed
- Client is responsible of distributing the links to access live stream
- Recording supplied within 2 business days of the event
- Stage lighting recommended when cameras in use
- Client responsible for moderating Q&A questions
- Single picture in picture broadcast provided. No switching
- An additional 30 minutes set up time is required
- For events where Sparq are providing 2 or more technicians
- 1 weeks notice required for this basic set up – optional extras may require more notice
- On demand viewing for Sparq Microsite hosted events for 30 days
