Bringing together colleagues from Europe and Asia, the annual All Hands Connect conference in Copenhagen celebrated achievements, strengthened connections, and looked at the year ahead. As Panasonic’s full-service event partner, Sparq handled venue sourcing, creative, AV, staging and full technical production, delivering a seamless four-day experience.

Seamless execution with sustainability at the core

With 420 attendees, the venue had to be accessible, provide accommodation for everyone, and offer flexible spaces for the conferences and 37 breakout spaces. Over four days, the plenary hosted key sessions before transforming into a vibrant gala dinner, while breakout rooms enabled team kick-offs. A standout moment was the energiser session, where attendees, split by coloured gloves, created a unique rhythm through coordinated clapping, reinforcing unity.

Sustainability played a key role, with careful planning around travel, energy use and waste reduction to minimise environmental impact. Panasonic set a goal to significantly reduce CO₂ emissions compared to typical event benchmarks. We exceeded expectations, achieving an impressive 85% reduction per attendee. This commitment to lowering our carbon footprint was reflected in every element of the event.
